Our five-year strategic plan charts the course for ANANDO's growth and deepened impact across Bangladesh, building on three decades of community development work and guided by the voices of the communities we serve.

Strengthening Community Resilience
Empower communities to withstand and recover from climate shocks, economic disruptions, and health crises through integrated disaster preparedness and adaptive livelihood programs. We will reach 200,000 people in climate-vulnerable coastal and char areas by 2027.

Expanding Educational Opportunities
Ensure children and youth have access to quality, inclusive education and skills training that equips them for a rapidly changing economy. Our goal is to keep 50,000 children in school and transition 20,000 young people into dignified employment by 2027.

Protecting Rights & Promoting Inclusion
Advance the rights of marginalized groups — women, children, persons with disabilities, and indigenous communities — through advocacy, legal literacy, and social protection programs that leave no one behind.
