GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE
How ANANDO is governed
ANANDO operates under a robust governance structure that ensures accountability, transparency, and democratic decision-making at all levels of the organization.
The General Assembly is ANANDO's highest decision-making body, comprised of all general members. It meets annually to review organizational performance, elect Board members, and set strategic direction. The Board of Directors provides oversight and strategic guidance between General Assembly meetings, while the management team handles day-to-day operations.
