Resolution
You receive a written response and corrective action is taken as needed.
Policies & Procedures
We maintain an open-door feedback system at all project sites. Community members can provide feedback through suggestion boxes, community meetings, designated focal points, or via our toll-free helpline. All feedback is logged, reviewed within 72 hours, and acted upon within 14 working days.
